Number of surveys I will receive

The maximum number of surveys you will receive will depend on what you have specified in your account settings. You can choose to receive between one and six surveys per month. You will not receive any more surveys than you have requested, however you may not always receive the maximum amount requested, as surveys may target a specific group and as such you may be not be eligible for all of them.

Answering surveys

You will receive an invitation to a survey via e-mail. The survey will then open up in a separate window and you can answer it at any time convenient for you.

Closed surveys

A survey is closed once it has obtained the required number of answers. Once a survey is closed nobody else will be able to answer it. A survey is in average stays open from 2 days to 5 days.

What is screen out?

Some surveys are directed to specific target groups. e.g. car owners, the audience of a specific TV channel, those planning a trip abroad etc. Some surveys start thus by posing a few screening questions in order to identify if you belong to that specific target group or not. If you belong to the target group, you will be able to finish the survey, if not, you will be screened out.
